Last years sold-out Taste of Pigs & Pinot featured over 50 highly acclaimed Pinot Noirs from Sonoma County and around the world in this epicurean extravaganza to kick-off the event filled weekend.
Guests enjoyed a wide variety of small bites such as Poached Laughing Bird Shrimp “BLT” from Michael Mina, BBQ Pork Vol au Vent from Philippe Rispoli, Charlie Palmer’s Porchetta, and the Pork Cheek “Po’Boy” from acclaimed Cyrus restaurant.
Guests savored the varied pig inspired bites and swirled bottomless glasses of Pinot Noirs while awaiting the results of the anticipated Pinot Cup.Back to the Events
